Vantage is led by industry veteran John Benham and who brings his vast experience, integrity, passion, mentoring ability and an in-depth understanding of the “secret sauce” of building and running a successful venture in this model.

John Benham has been involved in the financial services marketing industry for over 35 years. He has had tremendous success in building and leading huge national leadership teams in the field in the US, and in serving in senior executive positions of several highly successful companies both domestically and internationally.

His first 14 years were spent building national field teams in both Primerica and World Marketing Alliance. He then transitioned to an executive role to bring his creative marketing and leadership talents to help build national and international field forces with World Financial Group, World Leadership Group, Dubli, Retiring America and others.

He has a passion and knowledge of our industry and what it can do for families that is second to none and looks forward to helping many people realize their dreams in the years ahead.

The rest of the Vantage leadership team is made up of a combination of experienced, successful builders and producers, as well as many new professionals who have just entered this industry with the desire to build a rewarding new career. This gives Vantage a solid base of seasoned, experienced leaders and excited new leaders who have been working together as a cohesive team who are all primed and ready to take the company and their careers to amazing heights!
